Job summary

Provi is hiring a Billing & Collections Coordinator to manage billing processes, support timely collection of customer payments, and ensure financial accuracy. This detail-oriented role requires strong Excel skills and experience in accounts receivable.

The successful candidate will work closely with finance and sales to resolve billing issues. Remote candidates across the U.S. are welcome, although candidates from the Chicago area are preferred for occasional in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, general accounting, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing billing processes with high accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner.
• Review Salesforce closed-won opportunities for accuracy.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with clients on outstanding balances.
