Responsibilities include researching discrepancies, communicating with clients and sales reps, and coordinating follow‑ups while using Salestool, Salesforce, QTN, QIS, and ESP. Strong Excel/MS Office skills and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of account setup experience.
• Proficiency with Salestool, Salesforce, QTN, QIS, and ESP.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Research billing discrepancies as requested by clients or sales representatives.
• Make recommendations for resolution when billing adjustments are necessary.
• Correspond with clients and sales representatives regarding billing concerns and resolutions.
• Utilize systems including Salestool, Salesforce, QTN, QIS, and ESP while understanding system integrations.
• Coordinate follow-up activities to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Complete additional administrative duties as assigned.
