Figma is seeking an experienced engineering leader to scale our billing and payments platforms. You will own checkout, invoicing, customer lifecycle, pricing and packaging, metered billing, and subscription lifecycle management.

You will hire and mentor engineers, align roadmaps with product and GTM strategy, and partner with Accounting, Design, Data and Marketing to empower customers and drive growth. This full-time role supports remote work from anywhere in the United States or a US hub-based

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience hiring and leading teams as an engineering manager.
• Ability to think strategically about engineering and product roadmaps, on short and longer time horizons.
• Demonstrates rigorous thinking and effective decision-making in cross-functional environments.
• Experience with billing, SaaS monetization and/or payments infrastructure.

• Work closely with cross-functional partners and engineering teams to solve complex problems.
