Job summary

Figma is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee the Billing Engineering Group. This role focuses on automating revenue workflows and building payment capabilities for Figma’s diverse clientele. The position is full-time and can be remote or based in one of Figma’s US hubs.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in leading engineering teams, a strong strategic mindset, and a background in billing or SaaS monetization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience hiring and leading teams as an engineering manager.
• Ability to think strategically about engineering and product roadmaps.
• Demonstrates rigorous thinking and effective decision-making in cross-functional environments.
• Experience with billing, SaaS monetization and/or payments infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Design to build and execute a long-term roadmap.
• Work closely with cross-functional partners to creatively solve complex problems.
• Hire, manage, support, and develop a team of engineers.
