Johnson Service Group is seeking a Billing & Payment Support Representative for a temporary position in California. You will process customer payments received by phone, email, and chat, ensure accuracy, and maintain confidentiality in line with company policies. Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and dependable with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience in customer service, billing support, or call center environments preferred but not required.
• Experience explaining invoices, recurring payments and account charges to customers is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently via phone, email, and chat.
• Review payment information for accuracy and completeness.
• Update customer billing and payment information in the CRM.
• Maintain accurate records of payment transactions while following procedures and policies.
