Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with billing systems or order management is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume billing and service transactions throughout the day.
• Review and troubleshoot account discrepancies and service-related issues.
• Determine actions and resolutions based on established processes.
• Respond to inquiries submitted through internal systems and email workflows.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and account information.
• Document actions, updates, and resolutions in company systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain productivity, accuracy, and service standards.
• Follow established procedures while handling sensitive billing information.
