Job summary

Flexera, a leading software value optimization company, seeks a Billing Manager for its Bangalore, India office to lead end-to-end billing operations with a focus on consumption-based models (Direct and Marketplace). You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and policy compliance while coordinating with FP&A and GTM Ops.

The role requires hands-on NetSuite experience, strong Excel skills, and managing a team of 4–5 direct reports.

Qualifications

• Certified accounting designation and 7+ years of experience in billing or fintech finance.
• Experience with consumption-based/usage-based billing environments and multi-entity operations.
• Exposure to SuiteBilling or Marketplace tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end billing operations for Direct and Marketplace models.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across billing activities.
• Perform reconciliations between billing data and NetSuite outputs; drive issue resolution.
