ePlus Technology, inc. is seeking a Support Billing Specialist to optimize billing processes within the Billing department, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing across divisions.

You will manage requests, perform data entry, use Excel, Word, ServiceNow, and other programs, while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal partners and a commitment to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of billing or accounting operations experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to follow standardized procedures.
• Experience submitting invoices in Ariba and Coupa.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with creative solution focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Support Billing requests with accuracy and timeliness.
• Complete invoicing tasks for multiple divisions using Excel, Word, and specialized programs.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticket management.
• Perform data entry for invoicing tasks and meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
• Distribute invoices via print, email, and EDI.
• Ensure attachments and changes are included before sending invoices.
• Handle special billing requirements and invoice modifications for customers.
• Reprint and resend original invoices as needed.
• Cross-train to support Billing department team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate procedures and support process improvements.
• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate effectively with business partners.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
