Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and one year of appropriate experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with billing, data analysis, and reporting is preferred.
• Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Bill monthly billing for Work Request and Utility services and reconcile monthly.
• Manage customer purchase orders and chartfield information; update billing contacts and addresses.
• Analyze data to support management reporting and process improvements; identify trends.
• Support billing process improvements and maintain Billing Office documentation.
• Provide administrative and billing support to internal departments and AP as needed.
