• Maintains end-to-end responsibility for customer’s support needs providing timely, reliable, and courteous service.
• Reviews, processes, and responds to billing related emails and service requests with accuracy.
• Performs research within internal databases and systems to resolve inquiries and provide detailed information to customers or internal teams.
• Handles inbound customer contacts via phone, chat, and ticketing systems, ensuring high quality service and issue resolution.
• Logs cases or updates existing cases to record each communication with a customer.
• Collaborates with technical teams to support testing activities in non-production environments.
• Identifies process issues and elevates for resolution or improvement.
• Maintains accurate records of customer interactions and findings.
