Job summary

Capital Region Water in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Billing and Customer Service Manager to oversee all billing and customer service operations, drive accuracy, and implement process improvements.

You will lead the call center for billing inquiries, manage data import/export, coordinate with the Finance department and banking partners, and supervise the Assistant Customer Service Manager.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in finance and operations management, preferably utilities.
• 5+ years of experience as a senior manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all billing and customer service operations.
• Conduct billing analysis and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead the call center for billing inquiries and service requests.
• Coordinate with Finance and banking partners.
• Approve customer assistance program applications.
• Reconcile accounts with Meter Supervisor to maintain billing integrity.
