Swap is seeking an ambitious early-career finance professional to join the billing team for an 18-month tour. You’ll own billing operations, map end-to-end workflows, and implement AI-powered automation to reduce manual work.

You’ll collaborate with the CFO and have clear opportunities to move into Finance, Strategy, Operations, or Product as you prove yourself. You’ll gain hands-on experience across billing, onboarding, reconciliations, and data integrity, with a focus on measurable impact and

• Exceptional analytical ability and data-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Rebuild how billing works and automate workflows.
• Map onboarding and billing end-to-end; redesign slow or error-prone steps.
• Lead the implementation and testing of new billing tools.
• Incorporate AI and automation into billing, reconciliations and exception detection.
• Build reporting and data checks for billing accuracy.
• Own Finance onboarding for new customers; set up billing and data requirements.
• Prepare and review shipping billing and fix root causes.
• Run reconciliations, first-invoice reviews and exception investigations.
• Support customer terminations alongside Credit Control.
