Job summary

The ideal candidate has an associate or bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business/IT or related field, 3+ years in accounting/financial operations, and Korean/English

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Finance, Business, and Information technology or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in accounting or financial operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information technology or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Korean/English Bi-lingual.
• Ability to travel 5% in the US.
• Strong planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent Word/Excel/Power Point skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales & financial data with monthly revision and update.
• Support leadership to deliver timely, valuable reporting.
• Coordinate with business teams, procurement, accounting, and legal for support.
• Prepare accounting and other financial statements, including month-end accruals.
• Oversee accounts receivable operations and ensure timely billing and follow-up on overdue accounts.
• Generate invoices accurate to contract requirements and regulations.
• Address billing discrepancies promptly with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure revenue recognition complies with accounting standards.
• Maintain records of billed and unbilled revenue and contract performance.
• Serve as billing liaison for clients with responsive service.
