Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced finance operations specialist to manage sales and financial data, prepare month-end accruals, and oversee accounts receivable. You will collaborate with procurement, accounting, and legal to provide support and ensure timely reporting.

The role requires 4+ years in accounting, strong Excel skills, and bilingual Korean/English. Travel up to 5% in the US is expected. A bachelor’s degree is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Finance or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
• Korean/English bilingual ability is required or highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and financial data with monthly revision and update.
• Support leadership with timely and valuable reporting.
• Coordinate with business teams, procurement, accounting and legal for support.
• Prepare accounting and other financial statements; ensure month-end accruals are accurate.
• Oversee daily accounts receivable operations and ensure timely billing and follow-up on overdue accounts.
• Generate monthly reports on account status, discrepancies, and aging.
• Generate invoices that are complete, accurate and compliant with laws and regulations.
• Coordinate billing schedules with contract requirements and client expectations.
• Resolve billing discrepancies or disputes with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure revenue recognition aligns with accounting standards and maintain revenue records.
