10 BTI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Business Operation Support staff to assist with finance and billing operations in Plano, TX. The role focuses on managing sales and financial data, monthly revisions, and timely reporting in collaboration with business teams.

You will prepare month-end accruals, oversee accounts receivable, generate client invoices, and ensure compliance with accounting standards while delivering exceptional service to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Finance, Business, and Information technology or related field or equivalent practical experience.
Strong planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent Word/Excel/Power Point skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.

Responsibilities

Manage sales & financial data with monthly revision and update.
Prepare month-end accruals and financial statements.
Oversee daily accounts receivable operations and ensure timely billing and follow-up on overdue accounts.
Generate monthly reports on account status, discrepancies, and aging.
Generate invoices, ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate billing schedules and timelines per contract requirements.
Handle billing discrepancies or disputes with clients and internal teams to resolve.
Collaborate with finance to ensure proper revenue recognition.
Maintain records of billed and unbilled revenue and contract performance.
Serve as a client billing contact with exceptional service.
