Job summary

The Budd Group is seeking a Billing Coordinator in Winston-Salem to own the specialty billing process from start to finish. This brand-new role offers high visibility within a lean accounting team and a chance to shape how we bill third-party general contractors and expanding segments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of billing or project accounting experience, proficient in Salesforce and budgeting tools (Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, QuickBooks), and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of billing, project accounting, or financial administration.
• Experience with Salesforce and budgeting/accounting tools.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables, lookups).
• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete billing cycle for contractors and specialty segments.
• Manage portals and transfer data from Salesforce into planning systems.
• Coordinate with Field Accountants and Operations to verify pay apps and change orders.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve billing processes for cash flow.
