Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree with billing experience.
• 3–5 years in project billing and contract administration.
• Experience with ERP and billing reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own billing for large, complex, progress-based projects and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate prebilling, milestones, credit memos, and taxes according to contracts.
• Track invoicing status and resolve billing blockers with Sales and other teams.
• Maintain audit-ready project documentation and dashboards.
• Provide leadership updates on billing and cash-flow status.
