Job summary

CoolSys, based in Phoenix, is seeking an experienced Billing Clerk responsible for generating accurate invoices and delivering them to customers promptly. You will collaborate with branches and account teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure contracts are honored.

The role requires 1–2 years of billing experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Some travel to other branch locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of billing experience.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Solid knowledge of billing, payroll, and payable procedures.
• Some travel to other branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Reviews service work orders to produce invoices.
• Researches discrepancies and obtain proper documentation.
• Enter cost/billing adjustments.
• Communicates with branch managers for parts, hours, rates, etc.
• Processes credit and rebills as requested.
• Prints and submits final invoices by preferred delivery method.
• Serves as biller for other areas during absences.
• Pulls historical invoice data.
• Follow up on aging invoices and support Collections when due.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
