You will handle driver paperwork, reconcile bills, respond to inquiries, and support internal teams with billing issues. The role emphasizes attention to detail, organizational skills, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of billing, accounts receivable, or related experience.
• Proficiency in billing software and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices based on submitted documentation.
• Receive, review, and organize driver paperwork such as delivery logs and receipts.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve disputes professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and driver submissions.
• Suggest and implement improvements in billing and documentation processes.
• Participate in special projects as required by management.
