Qualifications

Responsibilities

Compile data, calculate fees and charges, and create detailed invoices for billing purposes.
Post data and maintain records of invoices and supporting documents.
Verify accuracy of billing data, revise errors, and prepare itemized bills.
Generate and review purchase orders, scale tickets, charge slips, manifests, billing documents, shipping labels, credit memos, and credit forms.
Resolve discrepancies in accounting records and contact customers to verify account information.
Compute costs and rates for goods or services to complete accurate billing documents.
