Western Dairy Transport, LLC is seeking a Billing Associate to compile data, calculate fees and charges, and create detailed invoices for billing purposes in a fast-paced office environment.

You will post data, verify billing accuracy, generate purchase orders and shipping documents, resolve discrepancies with customers, and maintain organized records to support efficient financial operations.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Workspace and 10-key data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to solve problems as they arise and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform bookkeeping tasks, including accurately posting data and maintaining records of invoices and supporting documents.
• Must verify accuracy of billing data, revise any errors, and prepare itemized bills or invoices.
• Generate and review purchase orders, scale tickets, charge slips, manifests, billing documents, shipping labels, credit memorandums, and credit forms.
• Resolve discrepancies in accounting records and proactively contact customers to obtain, verify, and update account information.
• Compute costs and calculate rates, credit terms, charges, or rates for goods or services to complete accurate billing documents, considering multiple companies.
• Posting data and keeping other relevant records.
• Creates itemized statements, bills, invoices, and other necessary billing documents.
• Generates shipping labels and billing documents.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
