Sidley Austin seeks a Billing Development Lead to drive Firmwide billing initiatives and optimize processes. You will manage projects across Accounting, Billing, IT, and other departments, serving as a subject matter expert on billing technology and the revenue cycle.

The role includes developing training programs for Billing personnel, supporting system implementations, and maintaining documentation. Strong Excel skills and experience in a law firm or professional services environment are

Formación

• Minimum 7 years in billing, financial operations, or related area.
• Experience evaluating business processes and implementing improvements.
• Experience with billing technology such as 3E or similar.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related MS Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead billing development projects from planning through implementation with stakeholders.
• Evaluate processes, perform root-cause analysis, and implement improvements.
• Develop training materials and onboard Billing personnel; contribute to global program.
• Coordinate with IT and firm departments on technology issues and action items.
• Maintain billing knowledge base and process documentation; support deployments.
