Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of Billing Specialist team and balance workloads.
• Provide targeted training and mentoring on proformas, electronic billing, rate codes, and unbilled time.
• Lead by example with superior customer service to billing partners and staff.
• Monitor team performance and conduct annual performance appraisals.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and ensure compliance.
