Job summary

Color Health is seeking a Billing Implementation Specialist to drive payer onboarding and billing implementation across multiple projects. You will coordinate kickoff-to-readiness activities, guide payer partners through Color's standard billing processes, and collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure timely launches.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in revenue cycle, payer relations, or billing operations, strong stakeholder management, and experience with

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue cycle management, payer relations, billing operations or customer implementation.
• Experience with ASOs/TPAs or health plan partnerships.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Ability to lead meetings with external partners.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of CPT/HCPCS codes, payer credentialing, and claim lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payer setup activities from kickoff through billing readiness.
• Collaborate with payer representatives, Customer Success, Revenue Cycle, and Product teams to launch billing processes.
• Become the expert in Color's standard billing process and guide partners through implementation requirements.
• Escalate only complex or non-standard scenarios and keep projects moving forward.
