Job summary

Healthie, NYC-based, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own billing, invoices, payments, and the ledger underneath them. This systems role focuses on money movement, accuracy, and actionable insights for providers and patients.

You will work in an API-first platform, partnering with engineering, finance, and customers to build scalable financial workflows, reconciliation, and a transparent billing experience across care pipelines.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in product management with 2+ years owning billing or money-related systems.
• Experience shipping money-moving products: billing, invoicing, payments, ledgers, refunds.
• Able to articulate roadmap with evidence-based prioritization.
• Strong systems-thinking and API-level design discussion with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own billing, invoices, statements, balances, payments, refunds, and ledger truth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align billing with care delivery.
• Define and own end-to-end financial lifecycle within Healthie.
• Design scalable money-moving systems and manage edge cases.
