Responsibilities

• Maintain paperwork for financial management: prepare, copy, file, track.
• Maintain billing files.
• Generate and distribute claims/reporting forms to providers.
• Process provider claims and SACC claims.
• Maintain accounting records for provider payments.
• Input data into the CCMS automated system.
• Answer financial management calls or take messages.
• Prepare outgoing mail for financial management.
• Track and evaluate absences of children.
• Attend and conduct training sessions as needed.
• Perform assigned fiscal functions: billing, clerical, and routine duties.
