Responsibilities

• Processes payments for taxes, licenses, utility bills, permits, and miscellaneous invoices; classifies receipts by revenue type.
• Maintains customer account records; accepts requests for services or new accounts; processes adjustments; responds to inquiries.
• Prepares bills, invoices, and other accounting documents.
• Performs collection activities and maintains delinquent account reports per policy.
• Performs cashiering duties; reconciles cash drawers and bank deposits; investigates discrepancies.
• Greets visitors; provides customer service to walk-ins; responds to emails and phone inquiries.
