Job summary

Grow Therapy is seeking a Product Manager to own the Billing Experience, building a best-in-class experience for insurance and payments to help clients start and continue care.

You will define the product vision and lead a cross-functional roadmap with engineering, design, data, and operations, turning complex billing concepts into clear, intuitive user flows that reduce friction and increase trust.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with end-to-end ownership.
• Launches 0-1 features in high ambiguity spaces.
• Strong data analytics and experimentation mindset.
• Ability to prioritize between short-term wins and long-term platform bets.
• Focus on user pain points and turning them into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and strategy for the Billing Experience, improving insurance and payments flows.
• Collaborate with UXR, Design, Client Support, and Data to identify opportunities.
• Define end-to-end experiences that remove friction and clarify complex concepts.
• Launch features with measurable impact on retention and experience.
