Job summary

BillingPlatform is seeking a customer-obsessed Product Manager to own the end-to-end user experience of our platform. You will partner with design and front-end engineering to make the interface intuitive, consistent, and delightful for enterprise billing workflows.

You will drive GTM rollouts, enforce UX standards, and measure success with usage analytics while coordinating across teams to deliver cohesive, platform-wide improvements that reduce friction for customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience focused on user experience, design systems, or platform-level work in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Working knowledge of usability principles and interaction design patterns; able to critique wireframes and prototypes.
• Experience owning customer-facing UI components such as dashboards and complex workflows.
• Experience introducing UI changes to enterprise customers with phased rollouts and in-product guidance.
• Proficiency with Figma and ability to provide structured design feedback; experience with Pendo is a plus.
• Systems thinking and ensuring visual consistency across an ecosystem.
• Awareness of AI-powered design tools for rapid discovery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Experience Backlog with prioritized UX improvements and design system investments.
• Partner with Design; translate design concepts into development sprint planning.
• Own the Sprint Backlog as Product Owner for the design-front-end squad.
• Execute GTM and rollouts with phased deployment and in-product guidance.
• Enforce UX standards across the platform and collaborate with feature PMs.
• Conduct lightweight user research and analyze usability metrics.
• Coordinate platform-wide rollout across teams to ensure unified adoption.
• Define and track UX success metrics to guide prioritization.
• Represent the experience in executive reviews, customer briefings, and demos.
• Benchmark the market with competitive UX analysis.
