Job summary

Element Fleet Management is seeking a Billing Client Experience Partner to manage a portfolio of client billing relationships, serving as the primary billing contact and delivering proactive support throughout the billing lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Billing Operations, Finance, Collections, and Client Success teams to resolve inquiries, explain billing activity, and promote a consistent client experience, while maintaining high-quality documentation and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing operations, finance operations, client service, or a related field.
• Experience resolving customer or client inquiries in a professional environment.
• Ability to analyze billing information and identify routine billing discrepancies.
• Experience using billing systems, case management systems, reporting tools, or similar business applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Xcelerate, Mainframe, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client billing relationships and serve as the primary billing contact, ensuring timely, accurate, and proactive support.
• Research and resolve billing inquiries by reviewing invoices, transactions, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Billing Operations, Finance, Collections, Client Success, and other partners to resolve issues and maintain client communication.
• Analyze billing activity, review dashboards, and identify variances, trends, or recurring issues affecting clients.
• Collaborate with the Billing Business Analyst to translate data insights into client-ready explanations and communicate anticipated impacts.
