Job summary

Element Fleet Management is seeking a Billing Client Experience Partner in Owings Mills, MD. This role will serve as the primary billing contact for an assigned portfolio, delivering timely, accurate support throughout the billing lifecycle and promoting a positive client experience.

You will work with internal partners to resolve inquiries, analyze billing activity, and support continuous improvement while maintaining service levels and client records.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing operations, finance operations, or client service.
• Ability to analyze billing information and identify discrepancies.
• Experience with billing systems and reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to handle multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client billing relationships as the primary contact.
• Respond to inquiries, explain invoices, adjustments, variances, and policies.
• Coordinate with Billing Operations, Finance, and other teams to resolve issues.
• Analyze billing activity and identify variances or trends for clients.
• Collaborate with Billing Business Analyst to translate data insights for clients.
• Support process improvements and documentation updates.
