Job summary

Stallion Infrastructure Services seeks a Billing Standardization Manager to drive standardized billing operations across locations in the U.S. You will lead execution, monitor performance, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Sales, and IT to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing.

The role requires 5–7 years in billing or revenue support, 2–4 years of leadership, and experience with RentalMan/Oracle/Salesforce. Travel 40–50% is expected.

• Familiarity with Quote-to-Cash and ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and process-improvement skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proven people leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day billing execution for new locations and existing markets.
• Ensure invoices are generated accurately and on time per billing standards.
• Resolve complex, high-risk billing scenarios and escalate when needed.
• Maintain and reinforce standardized billing practices across locations.
• Implement and support enterprise-defined billing processes; update SOPs and docs.
• Support onboarding playbooks for new locations and ensure operational readiness.
• Monitor billing performance metrics and reporting (timeliness, accuracy, rebill).
• Audit for gaps and implement corrective actions with Finance and Operations.
• May directly manage part of the Billing Standardization team; plan staffing and training.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Sales and Finance to align billing with agreements and revenue recognition.
• Promote continuous improvement and adoption of best practices across locations.
