• Two years of medical billing office experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities with computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate client accounts and billing data.
• Review, submit, and ensure timely billing documentation.
• Troubleshoot system issues and prepare resolution documentation.
• Generate billing records and reports for timely billing.
• Monitor reports to identify discrepancies and resolve them.
• Collaborate with intake, clinical, and billing teams to improve processes.
• Provide updates to management and assist with training new staff.
• Coordinate billing-related paperwork between offices and centralized billing.
• Participate in billing meetings and contribute process improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of billing procedures and industry best practices.
