Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a claims processing specialist to investigate and resolve billing dispute claims for corporate and government cardholders.

You will review new dispute cases, apply Visa and Mastercard regulations, analyze supporting documentation, and drive claims toward resolution while handling multiple priorities. You will work across several systems, coordinate with customers and merchants, and ensure timely processing.

Qualifications

• Four years or more of operations services related work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve billing dispute claims for corporate and government cardholders.
• Review new dispute cases and apply Visa/Mastercard regulations to determine outcomes.
• Analyze supporting documentation and manage claims through resolution.
• Coordinate with customers and merchants to obtain information and respond to inquiries.
• Balance multiple priorities to ensure processing timeframes are met.
