Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Four years or more of operations services related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process dispute claims.
• Handle dispute and fraud referrals.
• Review customer documentation.
• Research account activity.
• Manage case-related correspondence.
• Resolve rejected items and complete callbacks.
• Ensure timely case resolution following procedures and regulations.
• Interact with customers via outbound and inbound calls as needed.
