Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Uploader to support invoice processing by uploading invoices into customer portals and performing general administrative duties at our Allentown, PA site. This onsite contract role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a focus on accuracy and organization.

The ideal candidate will handle high-volume data entry, maintain meticulous records, and work independently within a small billing team.

Qualifications

• Data entry expertise.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Proven experience entering large volumes of data with accuracy.
• Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Upload invoices into customer billing portals.
• Verify invoice information before submission.
• Perform high-volume data entry with attention to detail.
• Assist with general office and administrative functions.
• Utilize Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet-based systems daily.
