Job summary

Responsibilities

• Customer Invoicing and Billing: month-end invoicing within 5 business days of EOM.
• Ensure invoices are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
• Back Up/Main Office: cover reception and assist with account convergence when needed.
• Administrative Support: assist management and maintain a secure, organized workspace.
• Customer Communication: establish and maintain professional relationships via email and phone.
