Job summary

E.H. Wolf & Sons, a family-owned fuel and fluid management supplier in Slinger, WI, seeks a detail-focused Billing & Data Entry Coordinator for an in-office, full-time role (Mon–Fri, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; no weekends). We offer 401(k) match from day one and training on our systems.

You will handle customer billing, enter high-volume data, and use Excel to track and reconcile information, supporting colleagues across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of billing, invoicing or accounts receivable experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Clear, professional communication by phone and email.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process customer billing accurately and on deadline.
• Enter a high volume of billing and account data.
• Use Excel to track, review and reconcile information.
• Review information for errors and coordinate fixes with other departments.
• Keep customer account records up to date.
• Help customers with billing questions by phone and email.
• Support the office team and cross-train to back up other roles.
