Job summary

E.H. Wolf & Sons in Slinger, WI is seeking a detail-focused Billing & Data Entry Coordinator to keep customer accounts accurate and on time. This full-time, in-office role supports billing, data entry and account inquiries, with training provided.

You will work Mon–Fri, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., handle high-volume data entry, use Excel and Outlook, and collaborate across departments to resolve issues. Previous billing experience and strong attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of billing, invoicing or accounts receivable experience.
• Strong, accurate data entry skills and comfort with high-volume, detailed work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and the ability to learn new software.
• Clear, professional communication by phone and email.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and the ability to meet daily deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process customer billing accurately and on deadline
• Enter a high volume of billing and account data
• Use Excel to track, review and reconcile information
• Review information for errors and work with other departments to fix them
• Keep customer account records up to date
• Help customers with billing and account questions by phone and email
• Support the office team and cross-train to back up other roles
