This full-time, hourly role supports customer accounts with accurate invoicing, data processing and quick problem resolution. You’ll work Monday–Friday, with training provided and a 401(k) match from day one. Ideal candidates excel in Excel, enjoy customer interactions by phone and email, and can maintain high accuracy in busy environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in billing, invoicing or accounts receivable.
• Strong data entry and attention to detail for high-volume work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and ability to learn new software.
• Clear, professional communication by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Process customer billing accurately and on deadline.
• Enter a high volume of billing and account data.
• Use Excel to track, review and reconcile information.
• Review information for errors and work with other departments to fix them.
• Keep customer account records up to date.
• Help customers with billing and account questions by phone and email.
• Support the office team and cross-train to back up other roles.
