Job summary

You will use Microsoft Excel (including 10-Key and VLOOKUPs), communicate with internal departments to resolve issues, and maintain accurate records to meet daily deadlines. Strong data-entry and written/verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry of billing and shipping information.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness before processing.
• Enter and verify billing information in the appropriate systems.
• Use Microsoft Excel, including 10-Key and VLOOKUPs, to enter, track, and validate information.
• Research missing or incorrect information and follow up with internal teams as needed.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve billing or documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate records and meet daily processing deadlines.
• Assist with additional billing and administrative tasks as needed.
