Job summary

Hoosier Energy seeks a billing data analyst to ensure accurate, timely monthly billings and maintain billing systems. You will work with the Billing team on software upgrades, training, and policy development to support quality billing across tariffs and contracts.

Responsibilities include data collection, analysis of load and billing information, and providing technical and analytical support to members and internal staff. Strong communication and database skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years7 hands-on experience with database interaction and data analytics.
• Experience with meter data databases MV90, MV-WEB, MV-PBS and data collection.
• Project and program management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, produces and distributes member system monthly billings with high quality and timeliness.
• Supports billing software upgrades and staff training; develops policies and procedures.
• Maintains billing and data systems; analyzes load and billing information for accuracy.
• Provides technical and analytical support related to billing questions for members and staff.
