GFI Digital in Jefferson City, MO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure excellent service and accurate billing, while supporting the Sales and Service teams. You will handle inquiries, gather client data, process invoices, and maintain contract records to keep billing timely across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.

You will also assist with setting up maintenance contracts, loading meter reads, and working with leasing companies to resolve billing issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service position.
• Must have excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Answer and return customer phone calls.
• Gather information about current customers for Sales Representatives.
• Assist inquiries regarding invoices, contracts, and leasing questions.
• Process sales discounts and load meter reads for contracts.
• Set up maintenance contracts and bill customers or leasing entities.
• Maintain contract records and ensure timely billing (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Sort and distribute invoices and correct billing errors.
• Assist other departments and participate in training as needed.
