Job summary

GFI Digital in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and accurate billing for our clients. This role supports Sales and Service teams by gathering customer information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring invoices and contracts are processed correctly.

You will work with leasing companies, manage contract setup and billing schedules, and help drive customer satisfaction through diligent record keeping and timely communication.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a customer service position.
• Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answer and return customer phone calls.
• Gather information about customers for Sales Representatives.
• Assist customer inquiries regarding invoices, contract rates, and leasing questions.
• Check policy on each new contract received.
• Process sales discounts to ensure service billing accuracy.
• Enter sales discounts into Sales Scorekeeper for commission calculations.
• Set up new maintenance contracts to bill the customer or leasing company.
• Create and load meter contact information for each contract.
• Collect and enter meter reads by phone, fax, email, or FM Audit.
• Ensure all contract records are billed timely (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Maintain spreadsheets for large customer accounts needing special handling.
• Coordinate with leasing companies to resolve billing issues and maintenance contracts.
• Sort and distribute invoices daily for multiple entities.
• Correct billing errors due to meter reads or contract issues.
