Responsibilities

• Interact with the public frequently.

• Assist customers over the counter or by phone.
• Prepare and file reports.
• Assist in various billing processes.
• Enter customer data into the computer system.
• Maintain calm professionalism with coworkers and customers.
• Perform other duties as directed.
