Zusammenfassung

Public Service Electric & Gas Co is seeking a Billing Analyst to support the Electric, Gas, and Transmission divisions for the billing and collection of project costs. You’ll use SAP, an inhouse SQL database, and Microsoft tools to provide cost analysis for invoicing State Agencies and other customers.

This hybrid role requires collaboration with project managers and engineers, regular reporting, and data integrity.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree plus 3 years of relevant experience or 7 years of equivalent experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP FI/CO modules.
• Familiarity with SAP, Ariba, Microsoft Office, and DWMS.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical and financial support for Third Party Billing activities, including billing, collection, and reconciliation of recoverable project costs.
• Monitor project receivables, issue dunning letters, and follow up on invoices over 90 days.
• Coordinate with internal and external project managers to resolve collection issues.
• Create and maintain reports and analytics to track project costs and payments.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to maintain insight into project progress and financial status.
• Update and maintain all project data in the inhouse database and assess enhancements to improve prioritization.
