Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Monitor billing and error handling for Expanded Markets and resolve issues using SQL queries.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Expanded Markets billing system.
• Manage pricing and promotion code setups and research issues.
• Review daily system reports and ensure IT functions operate as designed.
• Participate as SME in projects with requirements gathering, design, testing and implementation.
