Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a Billing Coordinator II for the The Colony, TX team. Pay is $20-$21 per hour, with a schedule of Sunday–Thursday 7:30am–4:00pm (potential shift changes later). Location is The Colony, TX.

The role involves researching and billing exceptions, mileage variances, and revenue adjustments, with daily district focus. Ideal candidates have intermediate MS Office skills, strong communication, and reliability for month-end closes and ad hoc reporting.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED is required.
• MS Office experience is a plus; ability to generate reports and process invoices.

Responsibilities

• Research and release billing exceptions for assigned districts daily.
• Understand and research mileage variances and exceptions.
• Backup other Billing Coordinators when needed.
• Communicate with field operations via email or phone.
• Research discrepancies or previous billings to ensure accuracy.
