Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related scheduling or logistics experience.
• Proficient with MS Office applications and basic data management.

Responsibilities

• Provide delivery scheduling dates to end customers and coordinate inventory and service resolution.
• Serve as a liaison to resolve customer service issues and ensure timely responses.
• Record and maintain scheduling information and update customer accounts.
