Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Aurora, CO is seeking a mid-shift Transportation Operations Coordinator II to ensure efficient daily transportation activities.

You will monitor routes, assign loads to drivers, track delivery performance, and support on-time service within Ryder's Supply Chain Solutions division. Responsibilities include handling freight claims and billing processes, coordinating truck check-ins, and acting as a liaison between drivers, customers, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Two years or more administrative and clerical support experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the department: filing, opening mail, typing and answering phones.
• Perform clerical functions including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating and summarizing of documents and information.
• Maintain records or logs and verify completion and accuracy of information.
• Set up and maintain files and records.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

H.S. diploma/GED

Two (2) years or more administrative and clerical support experience
